New: Belvedere Belgian Chocolate for Fountains
Now available a chocolate that doesn't require additional cocoa butter to make it more liquid and to let it run better in your chocolate fountain.
We now offer a dark semi-sweet and milk chocolate with a higher than normal cocoa butter content, which melts very easy. Click here to view all our types of chocolate, used in our own production and kept available for home cooking and baking.
FYI: to make your chocolate more liquid, we never advise to add oils or fats, from whatever origin, except cocoa butter.

Regarding Transfats...
Everything we manufacture and sell is without hydrogenated (or partially) fats or oils.

Regarding Vegan products...
Our bulk dark chocolate is lactose free and has no traces of milk protein, since our bulk chocolate is made by Callebaut Belgium on separate production lines, meaning the production line for dark chocolate is not shared with milk chocolate or white chocolate or vice-versa. We handle in our facility a strict separation between the different types of chocolate (dark, milk, white, sugar free, ...) but we cannot exclude contact between the lines for 100% as these lines are in the same processing room.
Currently we offer about 10 pralines/truffles that are to be considered vegan as no dairy product is part of the ingredients: visit our Virtual Display Case and look for the ones marked with V.
FYI: our solid dark chocolate items are to be considered vegan as well.
