Does Belvedere offer discounts for buying in larger quantities ?

How can I be sure that my my chocolates will arrive in perfect condition ?

We elected to only ship overnight or 2nd day air.  While this is more expensive than standard shipping, it guarantees the freshness and the condition of our products as we do not use preservatives or additives such as wax in our chocolate products.  We use sturdy cardboard boxes to ship our products and add loose fill so the products are well protected inside the box.  During the summer months, as well as year-round to some warmer destinations, we add ice packs so your goods arrive in perfect condition.

If, for any reason, our products do not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please return them for a full refund or exchange.

Why can I not create a custom selection box online ?

We opted to offer a fixed selection of chocolates assortments on our website to make your online shopping experience with us easier.

We do invite you to visit one of our Belvedere Belgian Chocolate Shops where we sell all of our chocolates individually and where you can create your own box of chocolates.

If you do have suggestions for assortments you would like to see offered online, do not hesitate to contact us.

Is it possible to buy one of your chocolate figurines online ?

We only offer a limited selection of our figurines as we want to guaranty their delivery and the condition they arrive in.  We do not not ship our special chocolate creations such as our bonsai tree or golf scenery, as we can not guarantee their safe shipment.

We do sell all of our figurines and special creations in our Belvedere Belgian Chocolate Shops.  Please visit one of our shops and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I have orders shipped internationally ?

Due to Belvedere Chocolates' high quality standards, we do not ship our products internationally, as we wish to guarantee the quality of our products.
