According the Belgian tradition, truffles
have a
butter based center and various coatings:
- Coconut truffle
- Bourbon truffle
- Butter truffle
- Hazelnut truffle
- Orange truffle
Note that not all truffles are
available at all times and that the shelf life is shorter than with
traditional products.
