We offer a number of products and ingredients for catering or
home use, including chocolate slabs at a strong price.

Baskets and Cups
 We carry a wide variety of empty baskets and cups for
all your needs. Our baskets are ideal to serve desserts,
fruit mixes, ice cream (see picture right), chocolate mousse,... Use our cups
to serve a shot of liquor or a serving of cream with coffee or
tea.
We can personalize your baskets with initials or a name.

Bulk Chocolate (blocks, chunks, callets)
We sell chocolate blocks from Callebaut
Belgium, who is supplying the chocolate for all of our chocolate products and
creations, except sugar free. The blocks weigh 5 kg (app. 11.1 Lb) each and we have
available the following for you :
- the semi-sweet dark (min. 53% cocoa)
- bitter dark (min. 70% cocoa)
- unsweetened dark (100%)
- milk
(min. 31% cocoa)
- white
Besides the blocks, cases of 5x 5 kg and chunks of approximately 1 Lb
each are offered as well.
- sugar free dark chocolate: per block of 10 Lb, case 50 Lb or 1
Lb chunks.
For home cooking and baking : for easier melting, we now stock callets
(drops) in dark, bitter dark, milk and white
chocolate, available
per case or per Lb.
Organic dark chocolate : great tasting dark chocolate
with a cocoa content of min. 56%, available per Lb or blocks of
2.5 kg (app. 5.5 Lb).
Chocolate for fountains
/ fondues : dark semi-sweet and milk chocolate with a higher
than normal cocoa butter content, to allow it to run smoothly. And
just in case it doesn't work out with your fountain, we keep
pure cocoa butter available as well to make it more liquid.
Dutched Cocoa Powder
For all your baking needs: our dutched cocoa powder contains 16-18% fat.
Available in packages of 1, 4, 8 and 16 oz.
Hot Cocoa Mix
"True"
Hot cocoa mix to be mixed with milk.
Available in packages of 2, 5, 8 and 16 oz.
Also, a version to be mixed with hot water.
